Submitting Your Video Series
Have you already submitted your licensing documents and met with a partnerships representative?
If not, please go back to our Video Series page and review our video expectations. Then, reach out to our Partnerships Team using the information at the bottom of the page.

Email partner graphics
Before you can submit videos, we’ll set up a Video Partner Page for you. Your partner page will display in the YouVersion app and on Bible.com. An example of the Video Partner Page can be found by clicking here.
To setup your Video Partner Page, Please email the following items to your Video Content Manager:
Organization name you want displayed
Small icon for the organization (150x150 pixels .png)
Banner image for the organization (915x305px .jpg)
Link to your ministry website

Submit video and metadata
Your partner page is up, and now you’re ready to submit videos! Submit your videos through the video form provided by your Video Content Manager. The form will include:
Publisher/organization name
Video language
Video title (in target language)
Video description (in target language, boosts SEO engagement)
Unique thumbnail/cover art for each video (no size or file type requirement)
Related scripture reference for video to display in Bible Text Reader
Video Type: Please choose Artistic Explanation or Reenactment.
Video Orientation: Only landscape (horizontal) is supported at this time.

Email series graphics
Your submitted videos will be moved into a series. Each series requires unique artwork and a series description. For languages other than English, all artwork and descriptions should be fully translated and localized. Please email the following items to your Video Content Manager:
Series artwork - 2000x1125 pixels; .jpg or .png.
Series description - 300+ characters, including the organization name, important keywords, and a native-language landing page.

Celebrate! 🎉
Your series should be approved in 48-72 hours during non-peak times. Please allow an extra two weeks for content submitted within two weeks of Easter, or in November-December.
Once your videos are live, celebrate and share with your community on social media! You can find your series by searching the title, your partner name, or checking out the ‘Discover’ section of the app and clicking ‘videos’! Video series are also available on Bible.com.
